The following Terms of Service (the “Terms”) are a legal agreement between you (“you” or “user”) and TotallyWP (“TotallyWP”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). You agree to indemnify and hold TotallyWP, its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents, and other partners and employees, harmless from any loss, liability, claim, or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your use of the Services.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
